Corinth sits along I-35E between Lake Lewisville and Denton, and most of its neighborhoods were built from the late 1980s on. Many roofs here are on their second set of shingles, and the city's newest sections are only a few years old. Storms that hit Denton often reach Corinth minutes later. Different Roofing serves all of Corinth from our base in The Colony.

Oakmont is one of Corinth's best-known neighborhoods, built around Oakmont Country Club and its 18-hole golf course. Building began in the late 1980s and continued in sections such as the Woods at Oakmont and Windsor Ridge at Oakmont. Most homes are brick, many with two stories and several gables. A roof from the late 1980s or early 1990s has almost always been replaced at least once, and the quality of that first replacement varies. When we work on an Oakmont roof, we check the decking for soft spots, replace worn pipe boots and vents, and look closely at the step flashing where the roof meets second-story walls, which is a common leak point on homes this age.
Meadow Oaks is a quieter neighborhood of mostly single-story homes built in the late 1990s. These roofs are simpler, with fewer valleys, but many are now 25 years old or reaching the end of a second roof. Long, low ridgelines catch wind along the whole length of the house, so after a storm we check the ridge caps and the first rows of shingles at the eaves, where wind usually lifts shingles first.
A hailstorm can leave bruised shingles and dented vents that are hard to spot from the ground, and wind can break shingle seals without tearing anything off. A free storm damage inspection documents both with photos. If you file a claim, we meet your adjuster on site and walk the roof together.
When it is time to replace, many Corinth homeowners choose Class 4 impact-resistant shingles. They are built to resist much larger hail than standard shingles, and some insurers offer a discount for them. Most of our roof replacements are done in one day, our crews run a magnetic sweep for nails before they leave, and every roof we install carries a lifetime workmanship warranty.
Corinth is built on expansive clay that swells when it is wet and shrinks during dry summers. Homes from the late 1980s and 1990s have been through decades of that cycle, and the movement shows up inside and out. Watch for stair-step cracks in brick, cracks running from the corners of windows and doors, doors that stick or will not latch, and floors that feel uneven. Our foundation repair team can evaluate the slab, and properly sized gutters with downspouts that empty well away from the house keep roof water from soaking the soil next to the foundation.
